Tech.Sell® Corporation We are a group of sales and marketing professionals who help companies implement the latest PC based technologies to improve sales performance.

Computer Aided Selling is about utilizing the personal computer to enhance sales team productivity.
Our consultants average 15 years of hands-on sales and marketing experience.

Unlike some "sales automation companies" we didn't start in the IT World. We were successful street sellers, managers, and marketers first.


Rick Mignano - Founder & President
Founded Tech.Sell in 1995. Rick saw a need to bring PC based technology to the sales team. In the early 90s he lead his own sales force of 60 sellers  into the new world of computer aided selling. The results we nearly a 30 % increase in revenues and over 80% positive feedback from the sellers.

"We were successful because as a member of the sales team I could interpret real world needs into computer based tools. We delivered tools that helped the sellers sell more; Contact management, presentations, value analysis spreadsheets and centrally updated product and how to information. We delivered as much training as was required to get everyone on the program. It was that simple."

During the last fifteen years, he has helped many companies make the transition to the high-tech selling world. "There isn't just one solution for all companies. Every sales team has a different makeup. Yet there are common opportunities to create a system and an environment for replicable success. The PC is a tremendous aid in this process."

Prior to founding Tech.Sell, Rick spent 20 years in the Paper Distribution Industry. He served as Executive Vice President of Inlander-Steindler Paper Company, a multi location operation in the Midwest. He served on many industry councils including; Scott Paper, Fort Howard Paper, 3M and others.  Rick is a graduate of Michigan State University.


Linda Mignano - Vice President
Co-founder of Tech.Sell®. 
Linda heads the internal sales department at Tech.Sell. She assists new and current clients with finding solutions to their automation needs.  Linda also handles operational issues for the company.


Lois Hursey - Sr. Consultant 
Lois has a strong background in sales, marketing and customer service. Lois is in her 13th year with Tech.Sell. She is an expert in GoldMine® and is a certified GoldMine technician and  trainer. Lois' greatest assets are her extensive technical knowledge and her deep commitment to customer service and satisfaction. 
  

The multimedia sales presentations she has developed for our clients, illustrate her understanding of our customers needs and projecting them in a professional manner.



Jeff Kessler - Technical Director
Jeff is our GO TO guy for all networking and Microsoft related issues. He holds many certifications, including his MSCE.  He is an expert in Exchange, Networking, routers, and more.
