The end of the pink "while you were out" slip! CSR clicks and documents call. When you call in anyone on the system can check your activity list and deliver your messages.

Document a Customer Service Issue
Do you know where every customer issue and request stands? You will with CSM. CSR clicks and documents issue. Assigns issue to be resolved by appropriate person. That person is notified of new issue with alarm or e-mail. Open issues also appears on users calendar and activity list. Completed issues becomes part of the customer history.

One Click logging of important calls. comments become part of customer history. CSR is prompted to schedule a follow up call or message for sales rep (if needed).

Link a File -Eliminate Paper!
Attach any file to the customer record for easy access later. Attached documents area available to anyone on the system. Linked documents sync out to remote users.

Document Collection Calls
How many times has the check been in the mail? With our credit call button you will have a complete history of all credit calls while scheduling a follow up call at the same time.

Every wonder what happened to all those samples? How many turned into sales?

Click to request samples or literature. Automatically schedule for sample department by calendar or e-mail. All requests are documented in history. Automatic follow up call can be scheduled for sales rep.  Includes reports for Lit and Samples requested and sent by customer
