MasterMine dashboard

MasterMine report tracks our sales pipeline.
This dashboard tracks the sales funnel directly from GoldMine. It is updated automatically.
By clicking the dropdown arrows next to each field you can select any or all choices which link
directly to the GoldMine dropdown menu. Double click the count for any stage and a list of all the contacts opens. Click any of those contacts and you drill down right into the GoldMine record.

Last call report
 Last call or appointment report - Track neglected contacts
This report/pivot table is one of the standard templates in Mastermine. It lets us quickly find all the contacts whose last touch was this year, 2008, 2007 or earlier. We added the status or contact type to drill down into each group. With a single click we create a group in GoldMine and within a few minutes put out a follow up "We miss you type email template". Notice we created a tab for each year. The list contains company, contact, phone, etc.

If you've ever tried to report on the Opp Manager in GoldMine you know it can be challenging. Yet here you have one report that shows all the views of your pipeline. AND it includes graphs which are very much like dashboards!
