Mid-sized Workgroup 9-20 Users

Profile: Growing workgroup some CRM experience but realize you can get more with a stronger program and some professional help. Have remote users. Tracking sales opportunities, customer issues and managing marketing campaigns are important. 

Budget: $1200 - $1500 per user

Recommendation:

Large Workgroup 20-50 users

Profile: Larger workgroup with desire to integrate all departments of compny into a central customer centric database. Need to improve lead tracking, sales measurement. Already have or wish to implement a sales process. CRM experience but realize you can get more with a stronger program and some professional help. Have remote users. Tracking sales opportunities, customer issues and managing marketing campaigns are important. 

Budget: $1500 - $2000 per user
